DEADBEAT CLIENTS: These are clients who think that they are not obligated to pay for fugitive apprehension services or just do not want to. Sometimes they were never going to pay and sometimes they think that because we make it look easy we aren't worth the agreed amount. In any case they are deadbeat clients in our opinion and we recommend that you do not use them for their services or do any work for them unless they pay you up-front.
Up Date! Kelly Nassour sent a check for $250 dollars in Feb claiming an accounting oversight. The only oversight was the check amount, about 600 short of the invoice.
Kelly Nassour; is our first deadbeat. This bail bondsman hired us for a job, three days later we had convinced the mother to take the jumper to the county jail where they lived or we were going to come to her house and get the offender.
We negotiated the surrender and notified Kelly Nassour that her jumper was in custody. When we sent the invoice she expressed that she didn’t think that our involvement was worth the agreed price because we just made a few phone calls. Well the fact is so did she, long before we came along Kelly Nassour tried to get her jumper back in custody and could not do it, she hired us and we did our job. Yes sometimes it is easy for us, and yes we do deserve to get paid for it. On 05/06/2008 Kelly Nassour sent an email stating she would be sending payment. As of today 12/05/2008 we still have not received it. So today Kelly Nassour with the bail bond companies listed below is our #2 Rated DEADBEAT CLIENT!

EAST COAST LOOK OUT FOR : The SRS AGENCY
Jack Kessell out of New Jersey leads the pack in our Dead Beat Competition.
This story takes place between 1:00PM and 6:00PM Oct 29th 2008.
This case involved two prostitutes hiding out in Texas, we were to locate and have Law Enforcement ID and fill out affidavits stating they did so. Apparently in some counties in CA if you can have police officers ID a misdemeanor fugitive in another state you can be released from the bond because CA refuses to extradite. Well, I have a police officer on staff, we setup the girls for a session off of Craigslist, met them at a hotel and were able positively ID them and get the affidavits filled out and signed. We passed these documents on to the client who then gets the surety off the bonds in CA.
Jack set the rate at $1500.00, he signed an agreement for that amount. After completing the job, only 5 hours later I might add, Mr. Kessell sent the email shown below. We received an empty envelope about 2 weeks after the job where Mr. Kessell stated the check was in the envelope and must have been stolen. He stated he would send out another check and void that one. Another two weeks went by, then another. After another phone call he apologized and stated he would send payment out right away. Jan 2009 comes along, Mr. Kessell leaves a voicemail on my cell phone which I still have, stating he is not a dead beat, he is working on cases now that he will pay me when he catches them. Today is April 3rd 2009. Guess what? Yep still no payment, call, nothing. I know Mr. Kessell was paid by his customer but he used my money for his own purposes. Nice job Jack! Now I know where the term "Durty Jersey Baby" comes from.
If you do business with Mr. Kessell you should be careful, get paid up front. Don’t let him dazzle you with stories about how he is an honorable Veteran. My experience with him is contrary to honorable and if he is a Veteran he should be ashamed.

The people portrayed in these stories are real, the debt they owe is real and documented. The names have not been changed. It is our opinion that if you do business with any of these people you should get paid in advance or not do business with them at all. You decide.
